Corey Pryor

Paxton, Mass. - Corey Pryor has been selected the Anna Maria College “Athlete of the Week.” The freshman guard scored 22 points and led the AMCATS to a 91-87 win over Great Northeast Athletic Conference opponent Johnson & Wales. In his first NCAA Division III men’s basketball career start, the Northbridge, Mass. native had a career game. He shot a blistering 90% (9-for-10) from the field, including a perfect 4-for-4 from behind the three point arc. Corey also had a key block late in the second half of the game to secure the win for Anna Maria.
