    WINTHROP, Mass.--The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) announced its All-Conference selections and other major award winners on Monday. Paige Leighton (Georgetown, Mass.) of the Women's Soccer team was named to the All-Sportmanship team to earn Anna Maria recognition in this season's selections.

With the loss, the AMCATS drop to 2-14 overall and 1-10 in GNAC play, while the Wildcats improve to 14-2-3 overall and 9-0-2 in league action

  • Guven Takes Over Women's Soccer, Cheney Hired to Lead Men's Soccer

    PAXTON, Mass.—Laura Habacker, Director of Athletics at Anna Maria College, has announced some coaching changes within the AMCAT Athletic Department. Taskin Guven, who has spent three seasons as head coach of the men’s soccer team will now take over as the women’s soccer head coach, while Malcolm Cheney has been hired to spearhead the men’s team.

    PAXTON, Mass.—Anna Maria College is pleased to announce the release of eight team schedules for the fall of 2016. Anna Maria will host 29 days of action and over 60 games between the eight teams beginning with a 7:00 p.m. home football game under the lights on September 1st.
