    PAXTON, Mass.—Anna Maria College Athletic Director Serge DeBari announced today that head volleyball coach Britta Ashman has stepped down. A search for her replacements will begin immediately.
  • AMCATS Fall 3-0 in ECAC First Round

    BOSTON, Mass. - The Emerson Women's Volleyball team played host to three teams in the first round of the ECAC Division III Volleyball championships on Wednesday afternoon at Brown & Plofker Gym. The top ranked Lions faced visiting No. 4 Morrisville State Mustangs in the first match of the day and took a 3-0 sweep. The second match of the day consisted of No. 3 Anna Maria against No. 2 Manhattanville, where the Valiants defeated the Amcats in three straight sets.
  • King, Foti and Clancy Earn All-Conference Honors

    WINTHROP, Mass. – Anna Maria College sophomore outside hitter Amari King (Lawrence, Mass.) has been selected as the 2016 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Player of the Year, as voted upon by the league’s 12 head coaches. The league office handed down the announcement on Tuesday along with its three All-Conference Teams and other major award winners. Teammates, Rebecca Foti (Bedford, N.H.) and Tierney Clancy (Meriden, Conn.) were also recognized in this year's selection as they were named to the GNAC All-Conference Second team.

    DANBURY, Conn. - The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) announced the Division III Women's Volleyball championship field on Monday. Marymount University will be the overall top-seed in the 2016 ECAC Division III Women's Volleyball Championship. The championship field will be broken out into four regions for first round play beginning on Wednesday, Nov. 9.
