Sullivan, Buonocore, and Reardon Earn All-Conference Honors

PAXTON, Mass. - Anna Maria College baseball pitchers Owen Sullivan, Jesse Buonocore, and Christopher Reardon earned Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference All-Conference honors, as announced by the league office. Sullivan was named First Team All-Conference as a starting pitcher, while Buonocore earned Second Team honors as a starting pitcher, and Reardon was selected to the Second Team as a reliever/closer.

In the regular season, Sullivan appeared in 10 games, with eight starts, for the AMCATS, posting a 6-2 record and five complete games across 53.2 innings pitched. The junior allowed just 11 earned runs while striking out 66 batters, finishing the season with a 1.84 ERA, 11.07 strikeouts per nine innings, and a 1.06 WHIP, solidifying him as one of the top pitchers in the conference

Buonocore was another AMCAT ace, making 13 appearances with 11 starts for Anna Maria, recording a 7-3 record with four complete games over 67.2 innings pitched. The sophomore struck out 65 batters while posting a 2.39 ERA and a 1.23 WHIP, allowing just 18 earned runs on the season.

Reardon appeared in 14 games for the AMCATS, making seven starts and totaling 36.2 innings pitched. The sophomore posted a 3-2 record with 22 strikeouts, allowing just 15 earned runs on the way to a 3.68 ERA and a 1.28 WHIP.
