PAXTON, MA - Anna Maria College was defeated 4-0 by Westfield State University in a Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference women's soccer game on Friday night at Caparso Field.
With the loss, the AMCATS' overall record drops to 1-12-2 and 1-5-1 in conference play.
Kortney Clark played the entire game in net for Anna Maria, making 10 saves throughout the contest to keep the AMCATS competitive. Overall, the Owls outshot the home team by a total of 21 shots, giving up a pair of goals in the first half and just one in the second.
Anna Maria closes out regular season play by hosting Senior Day against Worcester State on Saturday, November 1st. Kick-off is scheduled for 3 p.m.
