FRANKLIN, Mass. - Anna Maria College was defeated 20-5 by Dean College in a non-conference collegiate men's lacrosse game on Saturday afternoon at Longley Athletic Complex.

Dean amassed a 9-0 lead in the first quarter before Anna Maria found the back of the net, with Miles Cormier scoring off an assist from Eric Farrell to finally get the AMCATS on the board.

Trailing 15-1 heading into the second half, Anna Maria scored two straight goals to open the third quarter, the first, a man-up goal from freshman Jacob Martin once again assisted by Farrell, and then a goal from Farrell himself to put the score at 15-3 in favor of the Bulldogs.

Miles Cormier scored the final Anna Maria goal to open the fourth quarter, assisted on the score by Kyle Pickering.

Anna Maria returns to action on Wednesday, February 18th, with a road game against Albertus Magnus beginning at 6 p.m.
