DELHI, N.Y. - Anna Maria College was defeated 31-5 by SUNY Delhi in a North Atlantic Conference men's lacrosse game on Thursday evening.
With the loss, the AMCATS move to 1-14 overall and 0-4 in conference play.
Anna Maria broke through in the fourth quarter with five goals. Nicholas Hussa opened the scoring with an unassisted tally at 12:39. Moments later, Miles Cormier finished a feed from Hussa at 11:25 for the second goal of the night.
Matthew Brooker added another at 10:55 off an assist from Eric Farrell before Cormier struck again with an unassisted marker at 9:27. Kyle Pickering closed the scoring for the AMCATS with an unassisted goal at 3:33.
Tyler Davidson played all 60 minutes in goal for the AMCATS, making 15 saves.
Anna Maria returns to action on Saturday, April 25, for a road conference game at MCLA beginning at 2 p.m.
