Men’s Basketball Falls to Trinity

PAXTON, Mass. - Anna Maria College was defeated 112-56 by Trinity College (Conn.) in a non-conference men's basketball game on Tuesday evening at the Fuller Activities Center.

Trinity led 54-20 at halftime and outscored the AMCATS 58-36 in the second half.

Jason Canady led Anna Maria with 12 points off the bench, shooting 4-for-4 from the field, including 2-for-2 from three-point range. Lucas Miglionico added eight points on 3-of-5 shooting, while Logan Talbot finished with seven points. Ethan McInerny contributed six points, and Cam Vedovelli added five. Anna Maria totaled eight assists on 18 made field goals.

The AMCATS return to action on Wednesday evening, hosting Westfield State University at the Fuller Activity Center. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m.
