PLYMOUTH, N.H. - Anna Maria College was defeated 7-0 by Plymouth State University in a Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference women's ice hockey game on Friday evening at Hanaway Rink.
With the result, the AMCATS move to 3-9-1 overall, and 2-2- 1 in conference play.
Anna Maria totaled 14 shots in the contest, with six coming in the third period, led by Ceili Nolan with four shots on goal, while Mia Provenzo, August Otto, and Aliana Gibson each recorded two shots on goal.
In goal, Alyse Mutti and Emma Brewer combined for 38 saves, while Grace Holden led the AMCATS in the faceoff circle, winning five of her six faceoffs.
