Mutti Earns MASCAC Rookie of the Week Honors

PAXTON, MA - Alyse Mutti was named Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Ice Hockey Rookie of the Week, announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

The freshman goaltender made 20 saves in the first half of a tough loss to Plymouth State. The next day, she made 43 saves while allowing just one goal to the same team, finishing with a .977 save percentage to lead the AMCATS to a 3-1 victory over the Panthers. Mutti finished the week with a .940 save percentage in a 1-1 week for Anna Maria.

Mutti and the women's ice hockey team return to action on Friday, January 23rd, with a road matchup against Rivier scheduled for 7:40 p.m.
